The new build sector has been traditionally difficult within our industry, by offering the difference in quality, trust and resources we have maintained a presence in the sector with key relationships with many of the leading New Build housing sector, Social housing, Extra Care and Retirement Living. We have an understanding of their requirements and they know they can trust us to deliver the finished product. As the last trade to leave our finish is their clients first impression.

We also deliver a customer care service in the New Build Sector. This involves our specially trained teams going back to completed properties to rectify defects such as leaks or damage that have taken place once the customers have moved into a property.
